Keep Moving

-->Adults around the world do not get enough exercise.

-->We must exercise 30 minutes of moderate physical activity most days of the week.

-->We just need 30 Minutes a day to exercise.

-->It does not even have to be 30 consecutive minutes.

-->Exercise is very important to maintain our body.

-->It does not take a lot of money or time.

-->We can jog, walk, dance or anything that you can think of that keeps you moving.
